1. Introduction

Metal & Poison WorX (โ€œMPWโ€) is owned and operated by Metalx69 & PrettyPoison69 and is based in South Africa. We have been part of the FiveM community for over 7 years.

All products sold by Metal & Poison WorX are digital assets created specifically for use within FiveM.

By purchasing or using any product from our store, you agree to the Terms of Use outlined below.

2. Product Usage & License

All products sold by Metal & Poison WorX are licensed for personal use only on FiveM servers owned or operated by the purchaser.

You may not:

  • Resell or sublicense our products

  • Redistribute or share our products in any form

  • Re-upload our products to any website, platform, or service

  • Modify, convert, or edit our products

  • Leak, extract, rip, or attempt to bypass asset protection

  • Use our products outside of FiveM

All products are protected using FiveM Asset Escrow.

Assets protected by this system:

  • Are linked to the purchaserโ€™s CFX / Keymaster account

  • Will only function on servers associated with that account

  • Cannot be opened or accessed in external tools or third-party applications (including CodeWalker or OpenIV)

Any attempt to bypass or interfere with asset protection systems is strictly prohibited.

Clothing Texture Products
Clothing texture packages sold by Metal & Poison WorX include custom texture files only.

No 3D models, base game assets, or GTA V files are sold, transferred, or claimed as original work. Any base game models used for addon or replacement formatting remain the property of their respective owners.

Clothing texture products are delivered as open-source files and are non-refundable once delivered.

3. Compatibility & Responsibility

Our products are designed as standalone props and require scripts that support custom props.

We do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party scripts, inventories, housing systems, or frameworks.

It is the customerโ€™s responsibility to:

  • Ensure compatibility with their server setup

  • Configure items correctly within their chosen scripts

4. Refund Policyย 

All purchases are final and non-refundable, in accordance with Tebex digital goods policies.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product descriptions

  • Product requirements

  • These Terms of Use

before completing a purchase.

If a product is found to be faulty, the customer may open a support ticket within 7 days of purchase.

If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban from the store.

5. Support Policy

Support is provided through our Discord server.

We provide support only for:

  • Faulty or broken products purchased from our store

We do notprovide support for:


  • Configuring third-party scripts or inventories

  • Housing or furniture configurations

  • Custom integrations or modifications

6. Changes to These Terms

Metal & Poison WorX reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time.

Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
